Our client is looking for their next Property Manager to join their young team of professionals located in Brunswick. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry as a Property Manager.
You will need to understand the functions of a property management division as well as well as the ability to be able to sell yourself as well as the company.

• Have a current Real Estate qualification

A little about the Client: Our client has several offices located in Melbourne but this one is only 2 years young and located in Brunswick. This office will supply a dedicated leasing team and outstanding team leader support.
What is on offer: The successful person will receive a salary of $55,000 plus super -plus$5,200 car allowance, company mobile i-phone provided, new business commission, 6 monthly KPI bonus; sales listing commission on properties listed from portfolio under management, a Saturday roster of 1 in 5 with the following half Friday off in lieu.
