To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- You must be highly competent in all aspects of Property Management procedures in Queensland
- Ideally you have worked in a task base role or happy to work in this way
- Be self-motivated, have excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
- Have previous experience with CONSOLE or similar software
- Have an enthusiastic attitude focused on achieving results
- Communication verbal and written must be at a high level
The position: The primary responsibilities will be completing entry and exit condition reports and finalizing end of tenancy paperwork; conducting periodic inspections, general inspections and open houses; providing appraisals and listing presentations; handling prospective management enquiries; assessing and presenting tenancy applications to landlords for approval or rejection; providing recommendations for lease renewals; signing up new tenancy agreements and new management agreements; resolving tenancy conflicts; mediating tenancy disputes; representation at Tribunal hearings; pursuing rent arrears and debtors.
A little about the Client: Our clients office is located in Toowoomba and is a well-known brand with over 1400 properties in their rental department.
What is on offer: The successful person will be offered a salary of up to $45 k plus vehicle to take home and an iphone is supplied.
