She started her real estate life in 2005 as an administrator/support person and stayed in that position for four years, before moving to her current position in 2009. Her initial real estate role saw her finding out how an office runs and was the glue between management and staff for over three years and quickly proved to the team that she was more than capable of getting the job done.. In 2009 it was time to move to her current position where she started as a property manager, building a rent roll from scratch to her current position as a BDM and she knows how to close the deal. She has a thorough knowledge of REST, Gee Dee and Aro and by her own admission is capable of picking up software quickly. Living close to the Rockingham area any position within a 30 – 45 minute drive from here will be considered.

A little about the candidate: Looking for that special person that has a huge amount of flexibility, that can work “on site” during school hours but then can perform admin tasks outside these hours from home? If so then we have the lady for you, starting out in Aug 2011 this candidate has basically been running the rent roll at her last place of employment almost by herself, and whilst it wasn’t large she grew it by over 50 properties in 10 months – yes 10 months and not by discounting management fees! During her time in Real Estate she has used REST, Gee Dee and Pocket Reporter she is capable of picking up yours if it is different very quickly. Being a mother she has awesome time management skills, is very well organised and well presented as well. With this candidate it is all about the company, the clients and the tenants and she will always go the extra mile to make sure that the right thing is done by all parties. Living in the Canning Vale area she will consider most positions within a 30 minute drive in most directions.

Location: Perth CBD and surrounding Suburbs
Ideal Position: Commercial Property Manager
Salary Expectations: $85 – $90K + commissions
A little about the candidate: WOW! This awesome candidate started in Real Estate in mid 2005 as a Residential Property Manager and was promoted to Commercial Property Manager in early 2009. This has given her a very thorough understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the commercial world. During the last 4 years she has been involved in every aspect of commercial property management and has an excellent grasp of what is required to be successful in this industry. In her current position she is managing small shopping centres, independent petrol stations, commercial premises as well as retail so you can see a real variety of work. She is very well educated, has a Cert IV in Property, is very well spoken and presented.
She is moving form SA to WA with her husband as he is working with Qantas and will be looking for opportunities in around the Perth CBD and fringe suburbs, the move can happen as quick as you need it to!
Previous software has been REST and Progenet plus the usual Microsoft suite, she is however very savvy with computers and software programs. So if you are looking to expand your commercial team then this could be a good place to start!
