Our client based on the South Perth city fringes is now looking for that motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to work in an administrative support role for their company.
Their work environment is based around dedication, honesty, passion and focus but not forgetting to have a good laugh along the way. They are young, energetic and understand the balance between working hard and having fun.
The ideal applicant will have excellent presentation, a positive attitude, a strong office administration background with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.? Competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages and database packages is essential as is an ability to show initiative, work unsupervised and often under pressure.
The position involves a combination of administration, and marketing tasks to support the sale to settlement process and promote the business. A current driver’s licence, a presentable vehicle and a willingness to work flexible hours is essential to the position.
Real estate experience is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
