QLD1An opportunity exists for a motivated individual with extensive experience in the management of trust accounts and property management administration.

Your focus will be to undertake specific tasks in the daily processing to trust accounts in line with PAMDA which includes daily bank reconciliations, arrears, dealing with the RTA, processing of accounts, lease renewals and mid/end of month procedures.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an excellent time manager
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have an understanding of Console and trust accounting
  • Have high level conflict resolution skills
  • Hold your current QLD real estate certificate
