This newly created position will allow you to manage our NSW Territory and to maintain and retain all of our NSW?client relationships and to source experienced NSW Real Estate people for our successful Real Estate Business clients. You will know the location well and understand NSW industry however it is not necessary to be living in NSW.
The recruitment industry is fast paced so you will need to be able to work the hours required to get the job done and get in and just make it happen. We don’t do the normal working hours such as 8.30am to 5pm so this role may just suit someone who is sick of turning up to an office and engage that entrepreneurial status.
It is an exciting industry and if you can honestly say you will get the buzz from sourcing just the right candidate for just the right office, then we want to show you how it’s done, the REJS way, and make you just as successful as we have been.
Ideally you will have worked in the Real Estate industry or Recruitment or have an understanding on? how recruitment works. You will be a confident communicator, results-driven, and have a bright and energetic attitude.
