Task Base Property Manager – Gladstone – Queensland
Our client is seeking a task based property manager for an immediate start in Gladstone, North Qld.

This role can be taken on as either a full time or part time position. The portfolio consists of 450 properties in total.

You will not be required to work weekends and a company car will be available to use during office hours.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Entry & Exit condition reports
  • Support to the Property Management team

Our client based in the friendly and pretty suburb of Gladstone is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. The successful person will be responsible to carry out all Property Management duties within a  portfolio of 140 properties.

You will have use of a company car and a mobile phone will be supplied. This is a great opportunity to join a very successful franchise office in Gladstone.

To be successful in this role:

  • You must be highly competent in all Property Management procedures in Queensland
  • Have previous experience with REST or similar software
  • Communication verbal and written must be at a high level

What is on offer: The successful applicant will be offered a salary of between $45k + Super + Bonuses. You will also be given use of a company car and a mobile phone will be supplied. You will be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays and will be paid extra for Saturday work.
