Our client who is based in Rossmoyne is now looking to take on an administration assistant to join their team. As an assistant you will be looking after the team as well as assisting the branch manager. This will also give you an opportunity to get an insight into property management team and allow you to be able to learn these skills if you choose.
This position is an entry level position so will suit someone who has been involved in the industry in some capacity as this will be a bonus if you understand how a real estate office works.
To be successful you will need to have or be able to display:
* A preferred minimum of 12 months in the industry in some capacity
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Professional presentation and a “go getter” attitude would be a must
* A knowledge of computer programs and the ability to pick up software programs quickly

What is on offer:
The successful person will be offered a great salary package of between $38 – $42K based on experience and what you bring to this position.
