Our client who is based in the Victoria park area is now looking to take on an assistant property manager to join their team.

As an assistant to the team senior your main responsibilities will include inspections (15 – 30 hours per week) viewings, tenant arrears, maintenance, advertising, leasing sign ups and PCR’s.

What we do need is someone who is a team player or team orientated, has a very high degree of accuracy and is able to work in a Task Based or Pod environment. You will be working with a senior and also and administration support person as well.

You will be a self starter and someone who gets in and gets the job done. As well as the expectations below you will be able to organise your time incredibly well, have a fantastic manner and outlook on life and be able to get on with just about everyone!

The successful applicant will have:

* A minimum of 12 months in the industry
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Amazing PR skills and a sense of humour
* Professional presentation and a “go getter” attitude would be a must
* A working knowledge of REST or Gee Dee software.

What is on offer:

The successful person will be offered a great salary package of between $45 – $50K based on experience, plus use of a company car during the day and phone.
