Our client is seeking an experienced and energetic property manager to manage a portfolio of 180-190 properties.
You will be joining a dedicated property management team with excellent management support and a longstanding client base.
You will be responsible for:
The end to end management of routine inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears and maintenance. Supported by a dedicated leasing team, administrative back-up, and a full time trust accountant you will enjoy the opportunity to concentrate on your own tasks without the worry of those around you.
To be successful in this role:
Candidates for this position should be suitably qualified with agent’s representative certificate, have a reliable vehicle, be proficient in Microsoft Office, Console (or similar property management system), demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, promote a customer care attitude, have a reputation of being reliable, trustworthy, a team player and focused. A successful candidate will be well presented, promoting a calm disposition with a “can do” approach.

A property management company dedicated to serving landlords and tenants through the inner city and northern corridor of Melbourne.
What is on offer:
The successful person will be offered a salary package of $55,000 – $65,000 (includes car allowance, super & mobile phone).
