Our client based in Mandurah is now on the search for a property manager to join their well established and long serving company. Working in an experienced team of property managers you will have the support of the team and management and be looking after a portfolio of your own.
To be considered for the position you will need to have been previously working in the industry and have sufficient skills and knowledge to be able to work relatively autonomously.
We will need you to be able to demonstrate the following attributes and skills:
* Current property management certificate
* Previous experience with REST or similar a similar product
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A minimum of 2 years current property management experience
* Excellent computer skills
* Fantastic customer service, communication and time management skills

What is on offer:
The successful candidate will be offered a base salary of between $50 – $55K plus super, (based on your abilities) a car allowance and mobile phone and a place to work where you are appreciated and not just a job!
