Located just North of the CBD our client is looking for a property manager that has the ability to be able to do everything! All jokes aside the time has come to start a professional property manager to manage the day to day activities of their portfolio.
This is based on mainly brand new properties and they are growing quickly so whilst you may be able to do business development work as well the main focus is making sure the existing tenants and landlords are kept happy.
To be successful you will need to be able to display the following:
* Managing an existing portfolio of approx. 30 – 35 properties, end to end
* All trust account duties including end of month
* All administration work involved with property management
* All inspections
* Business development activities
* Knowledge of REST or Property Tree
This is a full time position Monday to Friday however if you have to work the occasional Saturday you will be paid for this work (time off in lieu). Previous experience in a similar position is essential as well as holding a certificate in Property Management, preferably a Cert IV.
