A little about the REJS Candidate: After meeting with this commercial property management candidate today I was immediately impressed with her presentation, attitude and her enthusiasm towards commercial property. She started her career in 2010 in centre management for over 18 months before obtaining her Cert IV in property in 2013 and then moved into her most recent position as a commercial property manager looking after over 100 commercial properties including a mixture of industrial, commercial and retail properties.
During this time she was involved in all aspects of the position including all liaison with tenants, landlords, negotiating leases, disclosure statement preparations, dealing with body corps, following up arrears and the list goes on. She is very confident with her own abilities and gets a real buzz out of “making things happen” for both tenants and landlords alike.
Having used Console Gateway and RP Data software in her previous positions she has the ability to be able to pick up new information and learn new software programs easily, so if you have a different program have no fear she is all good to pick this up.
She is looking for THE position for her next challenge and would love to work for a team that wants to make a difference as well. One of things that she likes to do is “to provide Landlords with a quality service that they had never had before such as Monthly Management Reports”. Her ideal office is one that has systems and support in place so that the property management team can focus on what they need to do from a day to day basis.

She has just over 2 ½ years experience and has performed nearly all aspects to date so far excluding trust account work although she has done a small amount of trust work in the past. During this time she has enjoyed all aspects and has also performed a business development tasks as well.
She is looking for THE position for her next move and doesn’t take moving around lightly. Her ideal office is one that has systems and support in place so that the team can focus on what they need to do on a day to day basis.
