Location: Melbourne CBD
Position: Property Manager/BDM/Team Leader
Salary Package: $To be negotiated excellent OTE!

Our latest independent client is based in the CBD of Melbourne and they have an enviable reputation built over many years of experience in CBD Real Estate. Due to rapid expansion plans he is now looking for someone that can come on board and perform initially the duties of a BDM, a small amount of property management work and this position will then grow into a team leader/head of department position.

His current rent roll is on the rise and we need someone that can get out there and get runs on the board, someone who knows the true value of “building relationships” and that individual who can sell on service, professionalism and not discounting to get the business!

You will need to be able to lead by example, be able to create a point of difference in the CBD and fringe market place and have the grit and character to be a success. This is a fantastic opportunity to be able join a company that is moving forward and offers a real true career path as well.

This is a position that will suit someone who can work from the office as well as autonomously, someone that has excellent presentation, fantastic communication skills and most importantly the ability to be able to close the deal!

This is an independent company with a principal who has over 35 years experience in Melbourne and he is determined that his team will make a difference. The office is headed up by the principal and he understands the demands of property management.

What is on offer:

The successful person will be offered a base salary plus excellent commissions initially and a real career path. This will be discussed with the successful person.
