Position: Property Manager
Salary Package: $50 – $60 K +

About the position: Our client based in Richmond is looking for that special person who may be looking to take that step up from an admin or assistant’s position to handle a portfolio so you can have the end to end management duties. They have some awesome systems and procedures in place and they also think outside of the box!

The hours are flexible and as long as you get the job done then that is all that matters to our client. Their landlords are kept happy due to the well run team of existing property managers with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords alike.

To be considered you must have previous property management experience, be open to training and improving, a current agent’s representative certificate, have a knowledge of Console Gateway (or similar software)and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will be one of those people who just love coming to work in the morning, have a “can do” attitude, promote customer care attitude and most importantly have the ability to be able to get on with people from all walks of life.

A little about the Client: Our client is dedicated to making a difference to their staff, landlords and tenants and have an excellent structure in place to do this. You will be joining a dedicated property management team with excellent management support and a longstanding client base.
