Position: Property Manager
Salary Package: $45 – $50K
Our client based at the top end of the city has asked us to locate him his next property manager due to excellent growth. You will be managing a portfolio of approx. 130 properties in around the city with multiple properties on 3 sites. You will not need to perform any trust account duties, just the day to day tasks of a property manager.
On that basis you will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a property manager, preferably in Victoria, as well as experience with REST or a similar product. Our client is very easy going and is happy for the next team member to work on a flexible basis, his focus is making sure that the job is done rather than how long it takes to perform the duties.
We are looking for someone that has an excellent work ethic, a great attitude an someone that wants to grow with the company as the rent roll grows as well, you will have excellent communication skills and if you have the ability to be able to speak a second language then this would be an advantage.
Working close to the city allows you to enjoy all of the benefits of the city yet you will be far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle as well! You will be provided a free on site car park as part of your salary package. You will also be offered a great place to work and a boss that really understands property management as well.

What is on offer: The successful person will be offered a salary of $45 – $50K + super, plus car space, a company car is also available (not take home) plus mobile phone.
