Our client who is based in the Morisset location is looking for Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 150 plus properties with part of the role having some Business Development as part of the position.
We are searching for a Property Manager with excellent time management skills and excellent communication skills, personable ability to multi task, can operate under stress without melting down, enjoy the job a lot and be part of a small country town team.
The successful applicant must have skills in:
* Real Estate Qualifications in NSW
* Knowledge of Console
* Understanding of Property Management
* Able to work full time 38 hours
* Have an understanding of Business Development
A little about our Client: This is a town and rural suburb of the City of Lake Macquarie in New South Wales.
What is on offer: The salary is award plus commission, plus car allowance.
