Our client who is based in the Yokine location is looking for a property manager that is skilled in managing a portfolio of 120 properties. They are looking for the right person to start immediately

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic Team consisting of 1 Property Economist, 3 Property Managers, 1 Assistant Property Manager, 1 Business Development Manager, 1 Property Management Administrative Assistant, the Licensee to attend to Trust Accounting and a have a successful Sales Team who work closely with their Property Management Department.

The successful applicant must have skills in:

*REST experience (or similar)
*Current PM or Real Estate Registration & at least 1 year industry experience
*Capacity to manage a mid size portfolio
*Ability to guide owners & tenants towards positive outcomes
*Attention to detail
*Strong negotiation skills and people management
*Loyalty
*Professional & well presented
*Stable work history
*Happy disposition with a great sense of humour
*Ability to multi-task/multi-skill
*Proficient with MS Word, Outlook. Other programmes an advantage

A little about our Client: Based in Yokine our client has a growing Property Management Department and their Goal is to be the dominant agency in the area, do you want to play your part in it?
