Salary Package: $60 – $70K +

About the position: Do you want to work for one of the best in this exclusive area of Melbourne? Have you had enough of working for a boss that doesn’t resect what you have to do each day? If so then read on as our client will give you all of the support and assistance that you need to do your job.

The software system that they are using is state of the art and a breeze to work with so this will give you the time to dedicate to managing your portfolio. Training and one on one mentoring are also part of the ongoing support that you will receive as well.

The majority of the portfolio is apartment based so no need to be driving all over the city to get your inspections and opens done, just jump in the elevator! You will be reporting directly to the Head of department and we would expect that you have the following attributes/skills as they are non negotiable:

  • Have a current agent’s rep certificate
  • Have at least 2 years experience as a property manager in Melbourne
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced company
  • Have outstanding communication & time management skills
  • Have immaculate presentation
  • Have the ability to work within a team and also on your own
