This a position that will allow you to be able to look after your own team of property managers and have a say in the day to day running of the department so you must have excellent people skills and the ability to be able to relate to all walks of life. You will also be managing a small portfolio of residential properties so you can keep your hand in as well.
You will be reporting directly to the directors of the company who are some of the most approachable in the industry today, they have the backing of a very well known brand in Victoria and are a go ahead company. You will be excepted to have outstanding communication skills, excellent time management and people skills and also the ability to be able to perform EOM activities (they will train you on this).
