About the position: You will be managing your own well looked after portfolio of approximately 180 properties from an end to end basis.
You will not be required to do any EOM trust duties, or BDM or leasing as there are two leasing consultants in place. With having at least two years experience as a property manager, this position will be a breeze for you and you are only working 1 in 4 Saturdays per month with a rostered day off every 6 weeks, always a Friday!
The properties are a mixture of apartment blocks and houses and are all in a 10 km radius of the brand new office. They have an additional KPI bonus as well and this is based on arrears control, properties leased and routine inspections and they are all very achievable so really an extra bonus for just doing your job!
