About the position: You will be managing a small portfolio of well maintained properties close to the office with the support of an assistant.
You will need to understand and be able to perform all PM tasks as and when required; however, the majority of the time you will be able to work from the office and not have to go out and actually perform opens, inspections and all of those other duties that take up all of your time. Duties will also include delegation of tasks to the team.
You may be ready to take that next step up from where you are currently working. You will need to be able to show that you have at least 2 years experience as a residential property manager in Melbourne.
