About the position: Managing a tidy portfolio of residential properties within a close proximity of the office is what you will do here. You will also have the free reign to grow the portfolio and benefit from this as well.
What you will need though is previous experience as a property manager in SA and a great understanding of the residential tenancies act. Experience with REST software is preferred; however, training is provided if you haven’t. Great time management skills, communication and presentation are a pre requisite for this role as well as the ability to be able to get on with all types of people.
Initially working a 3 day week and then moving to full time as the portfolio grows, this could be just what you are looking for!
