Along with the celebrations of achieving this milestone, we recently took the time to reflect on the strengths of our business, identifying what we want to build on and focus on and after much consideration and consultation we decided to focus and specialise solely on Property Management recruitment. This includes all positions in Property Management including entry level to HOD and also Onsite Management opportunities, Australia wide.

Since the REJS transition to this focus the REJS specialists have expanded on previous successes to establish an impressive and extensive background in this challenging area. Property Management incorporates Body Corporate, Strata, Asset Management, Commercial and Residential – we can source top quality talent in all these areas of speciality.

Richard and Nikki Taylor started REJS way back in mid 2009 after relocating to Queensland from New Zealand, attracted to the relaxed lifestyle and beautiful weather.  Having strong Real Estate and Recruitment backgrounds we quickly we established Real Estate Job Search (REJS), concentrating solely on the Real Estate sector in the market place. Very quickly REJS carved a unique niche and defined a point of difference from other recruitment businesses in the market.

Quickly establishing the company as one of the major players in Real Estate recruitment, REJS is so well established now that a major percentage of all of the business is now referral based. As a boutique business, you still get the personal touch, the dedication to unwavering quality service, and a team that wants to treat every client and candidate with ultimate professionalism, hence the high volume of referral business.

Being boutique and unique, REJS is in the envious position of being able to cover  a huge area – i.e. all of Australia. The company also subscribes to UK based training so that we are aware of what is happening in the world of recruitment, not just here in Australia. So we keep updated, we train, we learn, we listen, we adapt and we deliver.

One of the keys to success at REJS has been the ability to be able to build and nurture ongoing relationships, at REJS we genuinely care about the people we deal with, we are not just thinking of the next pay cheque.

Technology has enhanced accessibility to information and knowledge exponentially, and it has also increased our access to each other. Our  REJS team  will conduct a video interview with a potential candidate, when we can’t physically be present with them, that way we get to witness their personal presentation first-hand, including how well they communicate orally.
