About the position: You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, supervising and training staff member as well as overseeing the reception area. Knowledge of RMS or a similar software package is required for this position. Also having the ability to be able to lead and mentor existing team members will be an advantage.
The second part of the position will require someone to perform routine maintenance of the facilities on a daily basis so knowledge and general handyman skills are important for this part of the position. The complex has a mixture of holiday and permanent accommodation and is located in a popular part of the Northern Territory.
Together you will need to be logical thinkers, problem solvers, have the ability to relate to all walks of life and just get stuck in to get the job done! You will also need to be people person, a team player and someone that really loves to get stuck in and just get the job done!
