A highly motivated Owner of a Property Management company is offering this opportunity to you and offering $220 inclusive of gst per property when leased. Expectations Of Position: Show properties when prospective tenants are available and lease properties.
The client is looking for a flexible self-starter who can undertake the following tasks:
• Take property photos
• List properties on Realestate.com.au – all information supplied
• Arrange a sign with the contractor
• Show prospective tenants (including after hours and week-ends as required)
• Update Vacant’s spreadsheet
• Scan and send applications through to the office for processing
• Update the landlords
