Role requirements: Working in a team of three, you will be required to carry out maintenance, routine inspections, ingoing’s/outgoings, tenant applications & sign-ups. All other administration including leases, rent reviews, water charging and helping set up routine inspections will be taken care of by your dedicated assistant.
No trust account work either so you just need to get in and get the work done, it’s that simple.
