Role requirements: This position has recently been created for a top trust accounts person. This position will see you managing the entire accounting process for a very active residential and commercial property management division as well as managing accounting duties for the entire office.
Previous experience in a similar role is a prerequisite as this is a demanding role that will see you working in a very broad spectrum managing a very large cross section of accounting duties and functions. These will include, Payroll, PAYG, BAS, FBT and Superannuation, manage & book keeping duties for Trust Accounts, month end bank account reconciliations, monthly management reporting, Inputting staff KPI’s, compile Property Management budgets, compile & present reports on company financials.
