QUEENSLAND

Position: Property Manager – Toowong

Salary: paying up to $60K including company car for business hours
Role requirements: The role is to manage a portfolio working with a well established brand working closely with the team. No Leasing is required here as they will have a full time leasing consultant on board. No BDM as already an established BDM on site.

Position: Senior Property Manager Task Based – Brisbane
Software Used: Property Tree
Salary: $55k to $60k + super + take home brand new company car + Lap top + Phone
Role requirements: Working in a task based role as the Senior Property Manager you will be responsible for routines and maintenance and liaising with landlords and tenants. A great communicator is a must and someone that loves working in a team environment.

Position: Property Manager – North Lakes Brisbane

Salary: $55k plus company car plus super plus fuel card
Role requirements: Managing a portfolio of approx 140 and they ideally prefer to keep the portfolio at a minimum. No Leasing and No Business Development required. Ideally you will come with loads of experience and enjoy being a part of a team that has been well retianed.

Role requirements: Several brand new job opportunities presented to REJS. We are looking for experienced BDM’s or someone that has been in Property Management ready to perform as a top BDM. You will be supported by other BDM’s and director with outstanding support and training.

VICTORIA

Position: Property Manager – Preston

Salary: $55 – $65K +
Role requirements: With a reputation in the North that is the envy of many this well located office is looking for their next star recruit to join them. They are looking for someone that has local knowledge and experience however the right fit for their team is imperative.

Position: Property Manager – Mt Eliza

Salary: $55 – $60K +
Role requirements: In this exciting role you will be managing a portfolio of approx. 170 properties from an end to end basis, there is however no trust account duties and also no BDM duties. You will however be rewarded f you bring in new managements as the office has no BDM.

Position: Property Manager with a touch of BDM – Croydon

Role requirements: With a small portfolio of just over 100 properties this roles gives you the ability to be able to manage these effectively – plus work on company generated leads to increase your income as well.
You will be managing the properties from an end to end basis with admin support as required. Your previous experience will see you shine in a brand that everyone knows and that you will be proud to use when you talk to people out in the market place.

Position: Property Manager – Balwyn

Role requirements: Are you ready to take the next step up from your role now? Do you have the ability to be able to manage approx. 140 properties with no BDM or Trust Account work? If so then this is for you as this opportunity is just that, managing properties in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Position: Property Manager – Northern Suburbs

Salary: $50 – $65K + + +
Role requirements: In this exciting new position you will be managing appro 180 – 190 properties with the number reducing in the next few months, yes reducing! You will have amazing support from admin so no lease writing etc. plus no trust or BDM work so all you need to do is manage your landlords and tenants.

Role requirements: This portfolio is in excellent condition, there are approx. 150 residential properties and is ready for you right now!

Position: Property Manager – Gladstone Park

Role requirements: Based in the exciting suburb of Gladstone Park this role will see you managing a very tidy portfolio of approx. 170 properties from an end to end basis. You will also have the use of an assistant for three days a week and also administration support.

Position: Property Manager – St Kilda Road

Salary: $50K + car park + bonuses!
Role requirements: Does the idea of assisting to build a rent roll excite you, does working relatively autonomously sound like what you are after, do you want to grow and be a team leader? NEW SOUTH WALES

Position: Property Manager No Weekends – North Sydney

Salary: $55k + supplied car park for you
Role requirements: This is a position for an experienced Property Manager, five days per week, portfolio of 130 properties, ingoings, outgoings, routines, rent reviews, lease renewals, repairs, new client prospecting. The team is supported by a trust accountant and a leasing agent.

Position: Property Manager – Wentworth Point Sydney

Salary: $70,000 package including super and car
Role requirements: A large portfolio located with small boutique office and loads of support from the director and an assistant. A low maintenance portfolio with 95 % being apartments. No leasing and no accounts. We are looking for that person that excels in detail and can offer top end customer service.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Position: Property Manager – Morphett Vale
Software Used: REST
Salary: $55K +
Role requirements: In the role you will be managing your own portfolio of approx. 140 properties and have assistance from the admin team when you need it. As a plus there is no BDM work, unless you want to, plus also no trust account work either. This allows you to get on and do what your previous experience allows you to do, manage properties.

Position: Trust Account Manager – PM – Southern Suburbs
Software Used: REST
Salary: $52K +
Role requirements: In this pivotal position you will be responsible for performing trust account duties for the property management division of a large multi office company. This position requires you to have previous experience in a similar role and be able to perform all of the duties required related to trust accounting.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Position: Property Manager – Perth CBD
Software Used: REST
Salary: $60 – $65K + more!
Role requirements: With a portfolio of approx. 150 properties allowing you the time to devote to your landlords and tenants. With this role you will be managing your portfolio from an end to end basis so previous experience is a must.

Position: Property Manager – Applecross
Software Used: REST
Salary: $55 + $5K fuel and bonuses
Role requirements: In this exciting new role you will be managing a portfolio of approx. 150 properties – but this time with a real difference! You will be managing approx. half of the portfolio from an end to end basis and the other half with a part time assistant who will perform most of the out of office activities for you.
