Talent profile: With 6 years in Construction and 6 years in Commercial Property Management and a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property degree at UNSW. We are looking at locating THE role for this candidate in Commercial or Construction. Now managing buildings and facilities management.

Looking for an office that takes pride in their systems and processes. This is a candidate that will work with your office and will meet and exceeds standards for major responsibilities on time or ahead of schedule.

Excellent knowledge of the Sydney location and ready to commence a new role within Commercial or Construction. Previous position was to manage a commercial portfolio of approximately 120 commercial and retail properties in Eastern Suburbs to lease out vacant properties.

Some of the current tasks consist of lease vacant properties and negotiate lease renewals with existing tenants (includes market rent appraisals, instructing solicitors & preparing Disclosure Statements) invoice Tenants for rent and outgoings, chase rental arrears and enforce Lessor’s rights under lease,reconciliation of annual outgoings and Tenant invoicing.
