Richard and Nikki Taylor started REJS in mid 2009 after relocating to Queensland from New Zealand, attracted to the relaxed lifestyle and beautiful weather. Having strong Real Estate and Recruitment backgrounds we quickly established Real Estate Job Search (REJS), concentrating solely on the Real Estate sector in the market place. Very quickly REJS carved a unique niche and defined a point of difference from other recruitment businesses in the market around Australia.

Quickly establishing the company as one of the major players in Real Estate recruitment, REJS is so well established now that a major percentage of all of the business is now referral based. As a niche specialist business, you get the personal touch, the dedication to unwavering quality service, and a team that wants to treat every client and candidate with ultimate professionalism, hence the high volume of referral business.

Being niche and unique, REJS is in the envious position of being able to cover a huge area – i.e. all of Australia. The REJS directors are part of a World-Wide Recruitment Mastermind Group giving them access to Recruitment Leaders across the globe thereby keeping them up to date with global recruitment trends. REJS is kept well updated with ongoing training, mentoring and coaching.

A constant amazement is when we see these not being performed by the private sector and how many people fail to contact the last place of work when they take someone on.

Technology has enhanced accessibility to information and knowledge exponentially, and it has also increased our access to each other. The REJS team  will conduct a video interview with a potential candidate, when we are unable to physically meet with them, that way we get to witness their personal presentation first-hand, including how well they communicate orally.

The directors continue to share their energy & drive in what they do. The most recent release and launch of MVAT – this year – My Virtual Assistant Team has seen the MVAT brand go globally to assist organisations and teaching more and more entrepreneurs to delegate their administration tasks.
