NEW SOUTH WALES

Position: Portfolio Manager – Maroubra & surrounding areas Sydney
Salary: $85K to $90K ++ No weekends
Details of this Position: We are seeking a Property Manager $85k to $90k Console 170 properties no weekends and you will have a leasing agent. The role is to run their portfolio, NO BDM required as the directors will continue to grow the portfolio. The role requires trust accounting and end to end management of the portfolio.

Position: Property Management Remote and Part time flexible hours – Brisbane

Salary: $50k to $55k pro rata with company vehicle take home
The Position: We are looking for an incredibly enthusiastic and experienced property manager who can work autonomously while reporting on a daily basis to Head of Property Management. Due to expansion our client is located in the Adelaide require extraordinary property manager to conduct general portfolio management of 40 properties in the initial stages. All properties will be predominately based in South East Qld and Northern NSW area and recently built within the last two – three years.

Position: Real Estate Sales Specialist with retainer and attractive commission – Carina – Carindale – Brisbane
Salary: up to $50k retainer
The Position: We are searching for a Business Development Manager that wants to move into a Real Estate Sales Specialist sales role that offers support and training. Bring your BDM skills over to this office and work with a leader and coach. You’ve been working hard in real estate building your client relationships and your database, people want to deal with you and come to you because they know you can get the job done.

Position: Portfolio Manager – Paddington – Bardon
Salary: $50k to $55k + Ipad + car Park
Details of this Position: Smell the coffee ! We are sourcing an experienced Property Manager to manage a small but growing portfolio within this very high end boutique office in Paddington. Working alongside one other as the portfolio will be split to two Property Managers.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Position: Property Manager – Northern Suburbs

Salary: $50 – $60K plus car!
Details of this Position: In this newly created role you will be managing a portfolio of approx. 120 properties form an end to end basis, however no routine inspections or trust account work is required. There is also an admin team to assist you as well so you get to focus on managing properties, that’s it.
You will need to have previous experience as a property manager to be considered for the role and we would love you to be able to show stability in your previous positions, I know this is asking a lot however we don’t want a job hopper for this role.

VICTORIA

Position: Portfolio Manager – Caulfield
Software Used: Console
Salary: $50 – $55K +
Details of this Position: Working with a team of property professionals this role has you working in a real “team” environment with a senior who knows what you face on a daily basis as a property professional.
You will be managing your own portfolio from an end to end basis with full administration support as well as a leasing consultant and a BDM, so all you do is look after tenants and landlords – that’s it!

Position: Leasing Manager – Doncaster East
Software Used: RP Office
Salary: $50 – $60K +
Details of this Position: Leasing consultant extraordinaire, is this you? We have a “name brand” client that wants you – simple really. Your duties will include leasing rental properties as they become available from the rental department, these will be new properties to the company or from within the existing portfolio that the company has. An understanding of property management and the day to day activities of a leasing consultant are important as this is a very busy role in a dominant office in their location.

Position: Portfolio Manager – St Kilda
Salary: $65K + bonuses
Details of this Position: Support, support and more support, yes this is what you you will have when you take on this get with this position. You wil supported, mentored andtrained (if required) by the Team Leader plus there are 3 team members to assist you as well in managing your portfolio of approx. 180 properties.

Position: Portfolio Manager – Laverton
Software: REST
Salary: $60K plus car allowance
The Position: Manage your own portfolio in Laverton with all properties within a 15KM radius of the office so npo driving around town all day! You will also get to work with one of the market leaders who will give you all of the support that you need. Managing a portfolio of approx 160 properties you will be responsible for the day to day running of the portfolio.
